"Just weeks before our 2002 tradeshow we discovered Xpo Press, a company that specializes in publishing "Official Event Programs" at no charge. At first it sounded outlandish: A free publishing service? But as we've since debriefed our show experience we feel that our choice to outsource our program to Xpo Press was a time-saving decision, as dozens of personnel hours were freed up so we could more efficiently spend our time planning our show.
