With the loss of the longstanding, iconic Arizona Mineral & Fossil Show last year — the largest and most important of the mineral- and fossil-centric shows in the Tucson Showcase — a significant void was was left for dozens of mineral and fossil dealers. Sandra Gonzales of RMGM Promotions has stepped up to expertly reconcile that need. She will be installing two new shows in Tucson this year.
The RMGM Mineral & Fossil Show - La Quinta Inn Reid Park & The RMGM Mineral & Fossil Show - Oracle Road will open January 28th and run through February 12th, 2022. Both shows will be open each day from 10 am to 6 pm and will provide a wide array of vendors offering a vast range of quality mineral specimens, moldavite, meteorites, metals, and fossils suited to any collector, along with wholesale items available for buyers looking for items to resell.
The new RMGM Show on Oracle Road promises to be “The Best Show in Tucson.” This show will be in a large tent and within walking distance from established shows in what has become known as the "Mineral & Fossil District" in Tucson — Mineral City, Top Gem Minerals, The Just Crystals and Minerals Event, The Mineral & Fossil Co-op, The Mineral Marketplace, and many more! RMGM on Oracle will host 82 designated parking spaces along with plenty of nearby street parking. You can expect to find both retail and wholesale vendors at this location with mineral specimens & fossils to suit every “taste” and pocketbook.
The second RMGM Mineral and Fossil Show at The La Quinta Inn at Reid Park will also be both a retail and wholesale venue and will be hosting some of the best dealers in the industry. The hotel will have selling rooms on both the first and second floors. Like the large mineral and fossil shows that Gonzales owns and promotes in Colorado and Texas, her two new Tucson shows will feature beautiful displays and areas to meet for discussion. There are over 300 parking spaces available at La Quinta Inn. This show is in mid-town Tucson with convenient access to restaurants, other accommodations, and several Tucson attractions if you'd like to take in some recreational fun while you're in town. Both shows offer free admission, free parking, and a family-friendly fun time!
