The RMGM Tucson Mineral & Fossil Oracle Road Show is back as part of the 2025 Tucson Gem, Mineral, 
Those who are fortunate enough to make it to the opening day of the Tent Show (January 31, 2025) can enjoy free donuts and coffee courtesy of the promoter, Sandra Gonzales. What a sweet treat to enjoy some "shopping fuel" while being among the first to peruse the vendors' latest finds and offerings. This level of care for attendees and vendors is just one of the many ways Gonzales sets the tone of a communal shopping experience.
The RMGM Tucson Mineral & Fossil Oracle Road Show has been running since 2022 and is deeply rooted in the "Mineral & Fossil District" of the Tucson Showcase. Originally debuting as a show with two locations, it is now consolidated at one location, 1920 N. Oracle Road, and features the RMGM Tent Show (January 31 - February 15, 2025), a wholesale-only area (January 25 - February 8, 2025), and Jeanne's Rock Shop in the Miracle Breeze building featuring all you display needs that is open for the entire duration of the show.
Gonzales earned an undergraduate degree in Recreational Therapy and worked with both adult and adolescent patients dealing with spinal cord injuries, head trauma, stroke, neurological disorders, and substance abuse. Her passion for organizational excellence and compassion led to a master's degree in Organizational Management, which enabled her to manage hospital departments. This experience has proven incredibly useful in show promotion.
Years later, Gonzales shifted her career focus to her lifelong passion for rocks and minerals. She was once a vendor when she purchased a prominent mineral collection. Gonzales sold off this collection before realizing her passion was promoting mineral and fossil shows. She says she shares her love for minerals, people, and learning through show promotion while indulging in rock-hounding adventures that have yielded incredible finds. Gonzales fully engages in all facets of the gem and mineral show business.
What sets the RMGM Tucson Mineral & Fossil Oracle Road Show apart is its friendly and inviting atmosphere, with renowned vendors offering a diverse selection of high-quality minerals, fossils, gems, meteorites, geological art, decor, and more. As Gonzales puts it, "I have dealers from all over the world who have some of the most beautiful minerals, gemstones, and fossils available for purchase." This show is more than just another mineral and fossil exhibition; it is a community and an experience. The show is a comfortable place where you can attend and learn about all the world's geological wonders. Professional vendors know their products, and some, even mine, prepare them for sale themselves. Many others procure their inventory straight from the source.
With five dynamic shows under her expert guidance—two in Denver (Fall and Spring), two in Texas (Plano and Conroe), and one in Tucson—Gonzales' influence on the mineral and fossil community continues to grow. A dedication to providing quality events, fostering education, and creating memorable experiences for attendees of diverse backgrounds is evident in every aspect of any RMGM Promotions event.
