Open to the public: $3 adults, under 10 free with adult. $1 Senior Citizen Day on Thursday. $1 Mitchell County Residents Day on Sunday.

2025 show is canceled. The NC Mineral and Gem Festival Scheduled for July 31-August 3rd has had to be canceled. Structural damages sustained during Hurricane Helene at the festival venue have been undergoing repair, however it has been determined that the repairs cannot be completed before the scheduled event and therefore the building inspectors cannot issue a certificate of occupancy.
