We are a Mobile Lapidary Facility. Our mobile shop can be moved to your location for large orders. It is licensed for international mobility and can be placed anywhere in the world. As a stand alone machine it only requires, diesel fuel, water and a flat landing. Our mobile facility offers slabbing with 24" and 20" saws. Coring up to 9 inches in diameter. Sphere cutting and polishing up to 9 inches. Small ultrasonic and rotary hole drilling for beads and pendants. Cabochon roughing and polishing. We also offer shaping for large cylinder shapes. With our ultrasonic specimen cleaning section we can work material in bulk up to 4" x 6" in size. Our onboard rotary tumbling section can process 24/7 12 pounds per load. Our vibratory tumblers process roughed out cabs or pendants at an amazing 20 pounds per run. Our facility is a first in Lapidary because we offer cost savings across the board for the innovative entrepreneur. Our facility bypasses the need for shipping expenses and potential material loss, questionable business transactions, questionable quality control... Post manufacturing shipping of your final product, and the obvious loss at that point. What savings do YOU foresee with a production facility at your location?
