Specializing in fine and custom cut gemstones since 1983, Vance Gems can be found at numerous trade shows throughout the United States year round. Company founder Bill Vance is a 1983 graduate of the Gemological Institute of America, and is considered an authority throughout the world on rare stones. He has published many articles in publications such as Lapidary Journal, Gems & Jewelry. He has also spoken and given presentations on topics such as rare gems, gemstone identification, and various faceting techniques for cutting rough gem material.
