Xpo Press Celebrates 22 Years of Publishing EZ-Guides in 2024!
Xpo Press was incorporated in the state of Colorado in February 2002, specializing in publishing and advertising for dozens of tradeshows, conventions, and expos in many different industries and sectors. In 2008, we decided to publish and provide marketing and advertising opportunities exclusively for gem, mineral, and jewelry shows and vendors. Currently, we publish two annual gem show guides: The Tucson EZ-Guide for the Tucson Gem, Mineral & Fossil Showcase in January and February, and the Denver EZ-Guide for the Denver Gem & Mineral Showcase in September. Both EZ-Guides have been standard-setters for all other show guides and publications distributed during the two world-class gem and mineral showcases. Many advertisers have been faithful repeating customers for over 15 years — advertising in the EZ-Guides as well as on the Xpo Press website and on our GemShowInsider social media — demonstrating that Xpo Press media is the most effective and reliable marketing and advertising provider in the gem show world.
EZ-Guide Ad Sizes & Camera-Ready Specifications
If you’re creating your EZ-Guide print ad it must be created as a .pdf file in CMYK at a minimum of 300 dpi. No RGB files, please. If your files are over 10 MB in size please upload them from this website here or email them to us in a compressed folder like Dropbox or WeTransfer.
EZ-GUIDE AD SIZES (All ads full color)
Full-Page with bleed = 5 7/8" wide X 8 7/8" tall (trim size of guide is 5 3/8" X 8 3/8", so keep any text or images that you do not want to be trimmed well within this area)
Full-page no bleed = 4 5/8" wide X 7 5/8" tall (if you choose "no bleed" this means that your ad will have a 1/2" white margin around each side, from the edge of your ad to the edge of the guide)
1/2-page, vertical = 2 1/8" wide X 7 5/8" tall
1/2-page, horizontal = 4 5/8" wide X 3 5/8" tall
1/4-page = 2 1/8" wide X 3 5/8" tall
